DragonRally.co.uk is operated for the Dragon Rally and Conwy Motorcycle Club. This policy explains how information is handled when you use this website, buy a ticket, submit an enquiry or check in at the rally point.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, ticket quantity, order details, payment status, rally check-in status and the information you choose to submit in sponsorship or other enquiries.
Ticket purchases and payments
Ticketing is handled through WooCommerce. When online ticket sales open, card and wallet payments will be processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or card security code on this website. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
Rally check-in
Your ticket confirmation may include a QR code linked to your booking. At the rally point, authorised staff can use this to verify that your booking has been paid, record that you have arrived and record the number of headlight stickers issued for your order.
Emails
We use the email address supplied with your order to send transactional information about your booking and information needed to attend the event, including rally-point instructions. These messages are necessary to provide the ticket you have purchased and are not general marketing emails.
Sponsorship enquiries
If you submit a sponsorship enquiry, we use the information you provide to respond to that enquiry and discuss a potential partnership.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies required for WordPress, WooCommerce, security and checkout functionality. Where optional analytics, marketing or similar technologies are introduced, they will be controlled through the site’s cookie consent system.
Who we share information with
Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the website and ticketing system, including our web host, WooCommerce and payment providers such as Stripe. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep information
Order and payment records may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and event administration purposes. Rally check-in records may be retained as part of the event’s attendance records. Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to deal with the enquiry or any resulting partnership.
Your rights
